SOME MEMORIES SHARED
Glenn Matthew helped me become more avid of a square dancer with his music selections. He was the first caller that I heard play Michael Jackson's "Billy Jean". I also liked the way he would call Linear Cycle: " hinge, fold, follow, peel, trip and fall".

We danced, for many years, with Glenn
at Dixie Derbys and other clubs. During an Advanced workshop we took with
Glenn, the favorite call of the evening was "turn around Dick!"
We also had two Pete's in that class so Glenn referred to them as Pete and
Re-Pete. Glenn was always fun to dance to and fun to be with. He
helped us on several occasions by calling at our 1 nighters. Everyone
enjoyed his great sense of humor and his patience. We were deeply
saddened to hear of Glenn's death.
